Ingredients
6 medium potatoes, cooked and kept warm
1/4 cup hot chicken broth
Dressing:
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons tarragon vinegar
1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
4 Tablespoons olive oil
8 Tablespoons vegetable oil
3 teaspoons shallots, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried tarragon

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Cut potatoes into cubes. Place potatoes in a bowl and cover with hot chicken broth. Toss with wooden spoons. Add dressing while still hot and toss again. Dressing: Combine all ingredients. Shake well. Serves 4.
