Ingredients
1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
2 bananas, sliced
1 cup strawberries, halved
1/2 cup raspberries
1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
3 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 teaspoon almond extract

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
Put half the yogurt in blender, followed by half the frozen bananas and strawberries. Blend until fruit is broken up. Add remaining fruit, yogurt, honey and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
