Ingredients
Coleslaw:
3 cups slaw mix or shredded cabbage
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
12 slices ham
8 slices rye or pumpernickel bread

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
Put cabbage in a medium bowl. In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and honey. Pour over cabbage. Toss.
Divide ham over 4 bread slices, spoon coleslaw over ham. Place remaining bread on top.
