Honey has different flavors and colors, depending on the location and kinds of flowers the bees visit. Climatic conditions of the area also influence its flavor and color.
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a large skillet warm honey. Add nuts and salt. Toss to coat. Spoon onto prepared pan. Bake 10-12 minutes, stirring once during baking. Nuts should brown slightly.
