Ingredients
Marinade:
2/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup dry vermouth
2 Tablespoons dried rosemary, crumbled
1 Tablespoon dried thyme, crumbled
1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 whole chicken breasts, halved

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
Marinade: Blend all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate up to two days.Chicken: Place chicken in a glass baking dish. Pour marinade over chicken. Refrigerate at least one hour, turning once. Remove chicken from marinade and grill until cooked, turning and basting.
