Lobster or Crabmeat Salad


2 cups fresh or frozen green beans

2 cups fresh or frozen corn

1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips

1/4 cup onion, diced

1 head leaf lettuce

2 cups cooked lobster, crab or imitation crabmeat, chilled


6 Tablespoons tarragon vinegar

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

3 teaspoons mustard

1 1/2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/2 cup olive oil

2 teaspoons dried tarragon

Honey Is Sweeter Than Sugar

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.


Blanche green beans and corn until crisp-tender. Drain and cool. Combine them with the bell pepper and onion. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature. Place lettuce on plates, spoon lobster in center, surround with vegetables. Serves 4-6.
