Low-fat Honey-Mustard Salad Dressing

A light and creamy dressing for you salad greens.


3/4 cup low-fat or non-fat yogurt

2 teaspoons light mayonnaise

1 1/2 teaspoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

3 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 scallion, minced

salt and pepper to taste
