Ingredients

salt and pepper to taste

2 whole chicken breasts, boned, split and halved

12 ounces dried figs

1 cup dry white wine

1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 1/4 teaspoon dried coriander or parsley

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Place chicken in a medium pan. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, stirring well. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake for 25 minutes, basting several times. Serves 4.
