Orange and Radish Salad

Ingredients

3 – 4 large oranges

1 bunch radishes, sliced

1 large seedless cucumber, peeled and sliced

2 Tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped

1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

pepper to taste

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Cut peel from oranges, removing pith. Section and cut into thirds. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss. Serves 4.
