Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, chopped
4 large Portobello mushrooms, washed, stems removed
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon rosemary, crumbled
Sauce:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup scallions, chopped
1 Tablespoon ketchup
1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 teaspoon soy sauce
salt and pepper, to taste

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Prepare barbecue grill.
Combine oil and garlic. Brush on both sides of mushroom caps. Sprinkle caps with thyme and rosemary.
Combine sauce ingredients in a small pan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 4 to 5 minutes.
Place mushrooms on grill for 2 to 3 minutes, watching carefully. Remove and baste with sauce. Return to grill an additional 2 minutes. Serve with extra sauce. Mushrooms can also be prepared in broiler.
