Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Melt butter in a 9-inch square baking pan. Add honey, brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Stir and spread mixture over bottom of pan.
Separate crescent rolls and lay flat on counter. Put 1 teaspoon of chopped dates on each and roll up. Place evenly in pan with honey nut mixture. Bake 15 – 18 minutes until rolls are evenly browned.
Remove from oven. Let sit 3 minutes and then invert onto a large plate or baking sheet. Spoon any extra sauce or nuts on top of rolls.
