Ingredients
3 baking potatoes, peeled and cut into small wedges
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 (28 oz) can tomatoes, drained and chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 pound Italian sausage, cut into pieces
3 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Layer potatoes, peppers and tomatoes in a large roasting pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt, garlic and oregano. Place sausage pieces on top. Drizzle with honey and bake uncovered 1 hour and 10 minutes. Brush chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper. Arrange on top of potato-sausage mixture. Bake an additional 30 minutes.
