Ingredients
2 whole chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon peeled fresh ginger, chopped
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 pounds green cabbage, cored and thinly sliced
4 celery stalks, thinly sliced
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Boil or poach chicken until just cooked through. Shred meat, set aside.
Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, honey and red pepper. Mix in shredded chicken. Let marinate for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, toss. Refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.
