Spinach Salad with Apples, Cranberries & Sliced Almonds

The blend of sweet and savory flavors comes together perfectly in this vibrant autumn salad.

Ingredients

Dressing:

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon grainy mustrard

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

salt and pepper to taste

1/3 cup dried cranberries

Salad

8 cups (about 1/2 pound) baby spinach leaves

1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced

2 Golden Delicious apples, peeled and thinly sliced

1/2 cup sliced almonds

Directions

Dressing:
In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients except cranberries. Once well combined stir in cranberries.
Salad:
In a large bowl combine spinach, red onion, apples and almonds. Toss with dressing.
