Spinach Salad with Walnuts and Fruit

The Greek inspired combination of spinach and feta along with fruit and nuts creates a wonderful and colorful salad.

Ingredients

Dressing:

3 Tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 1/2 teaspoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

pinch of salt

Whisk together.

Salad:

1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped

1 bag fresh spinach, stemmed and coarsely torn

1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

2 oranges, peeled and cut into sections

1/2 cup raspberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Toast walnuts in oven for 8-10 minutes.
In a large bowl, gently toss nuts with remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and toss again. Serve immediately.
