Ingredients
Plums:
2 pounds fresh plums, halved, pitted, each plum cut into eights
1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups low-fat or non-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup granola, check in bulk section of your supermarket for granola

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Plums:
Heat a large skillet. Add plums and honey. Simmer 6-8 minutes until plums are tender and juices form a glaze. Stir in cinnamon. Remove from heat. Serve at room temperature or refrigerate until ready to use.
To serve, spoon yogurt into 4 bowls. Top with plums and sprinkle ΒΌ cup of granola.
