1 cup fresh strawberries, coarsely chopped

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.
Directions
In a small saucepan warm honey. Mix in strawberries and bring to a low boil. Reduce heat and simmer on low for 5 minutes. Remove from heat to cool.
