Thai Chicken Wrap

A fun to eat meal. Chow mein noodles add crunch to the vegetables while buying a rotisserie chicken will have these wraps on the table in in minutes.

Ingredients

2 cups sliced cooked chicken (use a ready cooked rotisserie chicken to save time)

4 (10-inch) spinach tortilla wraps

Salad:

1 (12-ounce) package Broccoli Cole Slaw, found in produce section

4 scallions, sliced

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1 cup chow mein noodles

Dressing:

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 tablespoon toasted seame oil

1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Place all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined. Pour over salad and toss.
Heat tortillas according to package directions. Divide salad evenly between the tortillas. Top each with 1/2 cup of sliced chicken. Wrap burrito style and cut each diagonally to serve.
