Turkey Main Dish Salad

Ingredients

Dressing:

3 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/2 cup white vinegar

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon ground ginger

2 teaspoons soy sauce

1 clove garlic, crushed

1/4 teaspoon dried, crushed red pepper

Salad:

1/2 red cabbage, shredded

1 head green leaf lettuce

1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips

6 scallions, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

3/4 pound cooked turkey, cut into strips

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Dressing: Whisk together all dressing ingredients until smooth.Salad: Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Toss with turkey strips and dressing. Serves: 4.
