Turkey Sandwich with Cranberry Spread

Pumpernickel bread, sliced turkey, leafy green lettuce and our flavorful mayonnaise will make this turkey sandwich your family favorite.

Ingredients

Spread:

1/2 cup mayonnaise (lite or regular)

1/3 cup fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 tablespoons pecans, coarsely chopped

salt and pepper to taste

8 slices pumpernickle or whole grain bread

8 thick slices turkey, home cooked or home-style baked from deli

Boston lettuce leaves

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Spread:
Mix together all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
To prepare sandwich, spread four bread slices with spread. Top with turkey slices and lettuce. Place remaining bread slices on top.
