Ingredients
8 ounces wild rice, uncooked
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 (10 ounce) package fresh mushrooms sliced
2 scallions, chopped
1/2 cup mixed dried fruit, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Drain rice in colander. In a large bowl mix together rice and mushroom mixture. Add dried fruit, parsley, honey, salt and pepper. Stir until well blended. Heat in oven at 350° covered for 15-20 minutes before serving.
