1 pound brussel sprouts, cut in half, ends trimmed
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Place brussel sprouts in 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 4 minutes or until tender. Drain well, dry on paper towels and transfer to a serving bowl. In a small pan, whisk remaining ingredients over low heat. Pour vinaigrette over brussel sprouts and serve warm.
