Ingredients
1 large cucumber, peeled
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
2 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 teaspoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 scallions, thinly sliced

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Cut cucumber in half lengthwise. Scoop out and discard seeds. Cut into ½ inch chunks. Heat oil in large skillet. Stir-fry cucumbers, radishes and celery for 2 minutes. Mix in tomatoes and cook, just until heated. Add vinegar, soy sauce, honey and scallions. Stir-fry until vegetables are just crisp-tender. Serves 4.
