Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in medium skillet. Add onions and sauté until golden. Place chick peas, carrots, yams, raisins and sautéed onions in a 9"x 13" pan. Drizzle honey and 2 teaspoons oil over vegetables and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Serves 4.
