Roasted Tomatoes and Basil Chutney

Make a double batch, you'll want to try this on burgers, with grilled chicken or as a tempting appetizer spread on toasted French bread.

Ingredients

1 pound plum tomatoes, chopped

1 Tablespoon dried basil

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 Tablespoon olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

pepper to taste

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine all ingredients in an ovenproof dish. Bake 30-40 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Yields: 1 cup, approximately.
