Apple-Carrot Tzimmes

This version of tzimmes combines the traditional carrots, with apples and grapes. A must for the holiday table.

Ingredients

3 cups carrots, sliced thinly

2 apples, peeled, cored and chopped

1/2 cup water

1 cup seedless white grapes, halved

5 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 Tablespoon brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 cup butter

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer over medium-low heat for 45 minutes or until carrots are tender. Add more water as needed.
