Ingredients
2 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded, cut into bite size pieces
5 medium sized Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1 cup dried currants
3/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 cup butter, cut into pieces
1 1/2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Honey Is Sweeter Than Sugar
Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Cook squash in a pot of boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain well. Combine squash, apples, and currants in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
In a small saucepan, heat honey, butter, and lemon juice. Whisk until butter is melted. Pour honey mixture over squash. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
