1 jar (7 ounces) roasted red peppers
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup onion, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Rinse peppers and pat dry. Chop coarsely.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add chopped peppers and sauté 3 minutes. Add onion and garlic. Continue cooking 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook 2 minutes. Serve warm or refrigerate until ready to use.
