Ingredients
1 pound fresh green beans, ends trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon fennel seeds, crushed
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 pound fresh plum tomatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
salt and pepper to taste

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Cook beans in a pot of boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain well, set aside.
In a large skillet or saucepan heat oil. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in fennel seeds and red pepper flakes. Add chopped tomatoes, honey and green beans. Cover and simmer about 20-25 minutes until beans are tender, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.
