Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up. Place onion slices on baking sheet and brush with oil. Broil, turning often, until lightly browned, about 10-15 minutes.
Place a large skillet over a medium high heat. In a small bowl whisk together stock, honey and vinegar. Add to skillet along with Swiss chard and onions. Saute quickly, stirring constantly until chard is wilted and brightly colored, about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
Serves: 6-8.
