Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Rinse broccoli rabe and cut approximately 2 inches off stems. Boil water in a large pot. Blanch broccoli rabe for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Place olive oil in a large skillet. Saute onions and garlic until they just begin to brown. Stir in honey. Reduce heat and add broccoli rabe. Saute for approximately 5 minutes turning often, until stems are tender.
