Chilled Asparagus

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds asparagus

zest of 1/2 orange

1/2 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 Tablespoon soy sauce

1 Tablespoon olive oil

1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 4 minutes. Do not overcook. Drain and rinse under cold water. Pat dry and slice into 1 ½-inch pieces. Mix together remaining ingredients. Toss with asparagus and refrigerate, at least 1 hour. Serves 4.
