Ingredients
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped kale, thawed, undrained
1 (16 ounce) container cottage cheese
6 ounces cheddar cheese, crumbled
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
3 Tablespoons flour
2 large eggs, beaten
3 egg whites, beaten

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Spray a deep casserole with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine kale and cheeses. Mix well. Whisk butter and honey together. Add to kale mixture. Stir in flour and eggs until well combined. Place in prepared casserole. Bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Allow to sit 10 minutes before serving.
