Marinated Vegetables in Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1/2 pound string beans, sliced diagonally

2 cups cauliflower florets

2 cups broccoli florets

4 small red potatoes, quartered

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

lettuce leaves

Mustard Vinaigrette Dr

2 Tablespoons minced onion

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1/2 teaspoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/2 cup white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 cup olive oil

salt and black pepper to taste

Honey Is Sweeter Than Sugar

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.

Directions

Steam beans, cauliflower, broccoli and potatoes separately just until crisp. Cool and chill. Arrange the vegetables along with sliced onions on a lettuce-lined platter and pour Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing over them. Mustard Vinaigrette Dressing: Blend the first 6 ingredients. Slowly add olive oil while blending. Add salt and pepper to taste.
