Mixed Vegetables with Thyme

Here is a quick recipe that will make a bag of frozen mixed vegetables sing.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 tablespoons butter

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, California style

Directions

In a small saucepan heat honey, butter and thyme just until butter melts. Set aside.
Cook vegetables according to package directions. Do not over cook. Drain well. Return to saucepan. Pour melted butter mixture over hot vegetables. Toss to coat.
