Mustard Glazed Pearl Onions

The sweetness of the onions combines with the Dijon mustard glaze to produce a savory side dish that complements any roasted meat.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

1 (14-16 ounce) package fresh pearl onions, peeled and cooked to crisp tender or frozen pearl onions, thawed

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

In a large skillet melt butter. Add onions and cook over medium high heat 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally, until onions are browned. Remove pan from heat. Stir in honey and mustard. Mix until onions are well coated. Season with salt and pepper. Top with fresh parsley.
