Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Cook carrots in water until just tender. Drain. In a large saucepan combine butter, honey, orange zest, ginger, mustard and salt, to taste. Heat until the butter is melted. Add the carrots. Cover the pan and simmer slowly for 5 minutes.
