Ingredients
2 pounds medium sized red skinned potatoes
1/4 cup onion, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
salt and pepper to taste

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
For easy clean up spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cover pan with foil and coat foil with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut unpeeled potatoes into eighths. Place in a single layer on prepared pan. Sprinkle with chopped onion.
In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Drizzle over potatoes and onions. Carefully stir so that foil does not tear.
Roast for 35-40 minutes stirring halfway through the cooking time. Once potatoes are fork tender place under broiler to brown, watching carefully.
