5 carrots, peeled
4 medium white turnips, peeled
30 small white onions
8 whole garlic cloves, peeled
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Cut turnips and carrots into 1-inch chunks and combine with next 4 ingredients in a baking dish. Sprinkle with marjoram. Stir well. Bake approximately 45 minutes until vegetables are almost tender. While vegetables are baking, combine bread crumbs with remaining 1 Tablespoon of oil and brown in heavy skillet over medium heat, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle crumbs over vegetables. Bake an additional 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
