Honey Tips

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet. Add onion and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
Cut apples into 1/2-inch pieces. Add to pan with onions and sauté 5 minutes longer. Stir in cabbage, vinegar, honey and salt and pepper. Cook over high heat until cabbage is slightly wilted but still crunchy, stirring constantly.
