Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound mushrooms, white or cremini, thinly sliced
1 shallot, chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
3/4 cup dry red wine
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and shallot. Sauté until mushrooms brown, about 8 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Continue to sauté until all liquid evaporates. Stir in honey, wine and rosemary. Cook another 5 minutes.
