Honey Tips
Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Toast cashews in oven for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. In a large skillet, sauté garlic in oil until golden. Add scallions and pepper. Sauté 2 minutes. Stir in honey and soy sauce and bring to a boil. Whisk in cornstarch. Continue cooking and whisking until thickened. Remove from heat. Cook the green beans in boiling water until crisp tender. Drain. Transfer beans to a large bowl and cover with the sauce. Toss. Sprinkle with toasted cashews. Serves 6-8.
