1 large cucumber, peeled
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 bunch radishes, thinly sliced
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
2 ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 teaspoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 scallions, thinly sliced
How Honey Is Created
Honey is created when bees mix plant nectar, a sweet substance secreted by flowers, with their own bee enzymes.
Cut cucumber in half lengthwise. Scoop out and discard seeds. Cut into ½ inch chunks. Heat oil in large skillet. Stir-fry cucumbers, radishes and celery for 2 minutes. Mix in tomatoes and cook, just until heated. Add vinegar, soy sauce, honey and scallions. Stir-fry until vegetables are just crisp-tender. Serves 4.
