Strawberry Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

6 medium carrots

2 Tablespoons butter

2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/8 teaspoon salt

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Peel carrots and cut in half. Cook until tender, but crisp. In small skillet, bring butter, honey and frozen strawberries to a boil. Add carrots and salt, simmer until well-glazed.
