Ingredients
2 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch slices
1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
3/4 cup Italian Salad dressing
2 Tablespoons parsley, minced
1 Tablespoon fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon dried)
2 medium white onions, quartered
8 cherry tomatoes
8 mushrooms

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
In a small bowl, combine honey, salad dressing, parsley and basil. Arrange vegetables on skewers. Baste with dressing. Cook on grill that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Grill, turning and basting often, about 15 minutes. Serves 4.
